Namaste Inn & Suites Dawsonville

We took our grandchildren, a pool was their top choice. We made our choice because of a indoor pool. We got there and pool was closed,TV would not work. Never go there again. Terrible

We had to wash all of our belongings because the room smelled of old smoke. The whirlpool tub was nice though

Check in was efficient and friendly. However, the hotel is in desperate need of a gut job. Our room was disgusting, smelled musty with a hint of urine. The bathroom was the worse I’ve ever seen. We had to ask the cleaning lady to clean the scum in the toilet at the water line, the shower curtain was gross as well as the shower floor. There was no counter space & no shelf in the shower to put our toiletries. The towels were super thin as well as the sheets. The only room left was a handicap room and the seat in the shower was gross and when I flipped it up to make more room there was mold under the seat. Since their acquisition from Super8 they repainted, put in vinyl flooring and new nightstands and desks. I hope they didn’t pay the painter too much as it looked like a 5 year old did it. The staff was friendly and that’s why I gave it 2 stars and not 1.

We booked a room with a tub. They told me I didn’t. They charged me for the room with a tub. I tried to talk to them. They made me pay 25 more for the room with the tub. When what I paid for on expidia was even the price for the tub not the price for the regular room.

No elevator. Small tv. Did accommodate my older mother for a first floor room. Thank you. No warning there was no elevator.

Condition of property did not match the online reviews. Very run down and not very clean. No coffee in room and coffee in service area was poor quality.

Great place to relax a little. They have a hot tub and pool. Next door to a movie theater and a bunch of restaurants. Wonderful service from the staff. And it is a famil owned business.

Hotel and rooms are very clean. Pool and hot tub well maintained. Breakfast is simple but good. Staff always helpful and welcoming. I stay there once a month and am always pleased.

Front desk staff was very attentive to any requests that I made, housekeeping staff very capable and available. Facility was clean but rooms are a bit bare and could use some updating. The heating/cooling unit was very noisy and not consistent. Access from the cross intersections was bit confusing at first. Overall, the Namasti Inn was convenient and affordable.
