Staff was very friendly.

The clerk was not friendly at all and kind of rude. The room was great and the place was nice. Wish we could have used a pool but this place does not have a pool.

Breakfast. Not enough variety to choose from. Very boring

Room wasn’t clean along with sheets. The floor was extremely dirty and sticky!

Room was clean, staff friendly.

The rain woke me after midnight and when I stepped out of the bed I stepped into a huge puddle of water the floor was flooded. Management did move us to an upper level room but was no elevator to accommodate us and we are senior citizens with minor disabilities.

I had everything I need.

I don’t know how this has anywhere near a high 7 or 8 on Expedia. Let’s start with staff. Went down as breakfast was ending and there was this guy with headphones on cleaning and I asked him three times if I could get a plastic spoon for the yogurt. I took it to my room and forgot the spoon. I had to ask 3 times because he was just staring at me a smiling while I asked the first two times before he removed his headphones. He then said they have no spoons. There were literally spoons out there 5 minutes before. Also the breakfast shouldn’t even be noted. Tiny storage closet with two long tables and zero breakfast options. Check in took forever because the guy was on the phone. The bathroom was dirty and the tub is peeling. The chair in the room had stains all over it. The floor was sticky like someone spilled soda all over it and used a dirty mop to clean it up. The fridge was broken. The AC you had to turn on the fan to run all night because the auto button didn’t work. The side exits didn’t close all the way so you could come in and out of them without a key. No elevator. I paid 110.00 for this. I wouldn’t stay here for 25.00. Avoid this place.

the location was very convenient...right off the freeway, easy off/on. the room was clean and the bed was comfy

I was surprised there was no elevator. having to lug my bags up and down stairs was not what I expected from a hotel/motel that was interior entry
