Quality Inn Calvert City - Paducah East

Great room.

Could use elevator.

Clean and quiet.

It needs an elevator.

Room was clean

Bathroom really small, not much for breakfast, had a waffle and that's it. No eggs , meat or biscuits and gravy

I gave sad face because although room was very nice and clean the air in the room was very stale. We had to open window for an hour or so to finally get the air to be fairly good.

Beware! No refund policy! We booked a room while traveling and was supposed to be for that night but right after the booking went through I noticed the date was wrong and so I canceled the room and rebooked. The room was then a higher price, but I went ahead and did it anyway thinking I was going to be refunded. It was only a mediocre room. We were only there for a few hours overnight so we never had their breakfast. Did not know of their no refund policy even though I canceled and rebooked only a few minutes from each other. Just now finding out. Will not be staying at quality Inn because the whole point is a cheaper stay for a good room. I could’ve stayed in a luxurious room for the price I paid for two rooms. That makes me very sad. Truly Not Worth It!

The staff were very helpful. The room itself was ok, but there were many areas that are showing their age. Peeling paint, the shower had a removable shower head and the hook was broken so it was difficult to adjust the direction of water flow. Outside, the grounds were poorly kept. All that being said, i would likely return if i were in the area and needed a room
