"Never again."

You never included the extra $40.00 damage fee up front so I could pay everything at one time e. You took my daughter's food money to pay the fee. Then you kept the money and didn't give it back at checkout. I will file a better business complaint on your company.

Friendly desk clerk. Clean and comfortable room. The shower was especially nice. The location was perfect for what I was there to do.

The heater fan was very loud. Fortunately, it was not too cold that night so I could turn off the heater to sleep.
