To noisy outside after hours

Thankfully the Bed was comfortable, and Clean, and they do provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.

Hotel accommodations mentioned online were blow dryer, iron, and great service. 1st of all, there was No Closet to hang our clothes up, No Iron or Ironing board. There was a blow dryer, but it did not work, there was a phone in the room, but for display only, and it did not work either! Supposedly the rooms were updated, but walls were poorly painted, and doors were old looking. If you want to feel safe and comfortable, this is not the best spot to stay. Staff was not very helpful, or friendly...Nancy was the only staff member that welcomed with a cheerful smile and made sure things got taken care of, one staff member promised to deliver an iron,but never showed up until I went to complain, and I asked for a manager. He tried to accommodate us but it was too late, I had already bought the iron & blow dryer myself. This hotel is not accommodating for guest who fly in from another state for sure.
