Staff was helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Location was pretty solid, halfway between Knoxville and Crossville, and driving distance to Gatlinburg.

Had to get the keys rekeyed almost daily. Super ridiculous. Wifi didn't really work.

The staff was very good,especially Krystal,she made things as good for as she could!

The room smelled like cigarettes really bad there was a roach crawling on the bed,and just overall cleanliness was on a level i have never seen in a hotel it was just nasty!!!!

Clean, landscaping well kept, staff was amazing, the shower… ahhhmazing! Easy to get to location and of course the two kitty guests that welcomed us outside!!

The property is well maintained and everything looks nice and functions properly. Breakfast was promised in the hotel description and breakfast was not only provided but was a great breakfast! The staff is what brings this hotel from good to great, we felt very welcomed when we arrived and each time we passed by the lobby as well as when we were leaving. We will be staying at this hotel every time we come to see family in the future.
