Lots of patchy repair work half finished. Sink was bad condition

Everyone was very nice

The pool was freezing :( but it was very clean

Floors were sticky and gross, walls were browned and dirty, toilet was stained. If we were beyond exhausted we would have left.

VERY bad experience. We had to change rooms two time (first room not cleaned from previous occupants, beds unmade, linens on floor, toilet not flushed, 2nd room TV not working ), third room barely acceptable. No hot water in sink. Shower barely warm, drained very very slowly. Bathroom door off kilter, barely functional. Light bulbs missing or burnt out. Stains in bathtub. No bedspread/coverlet. Puddles in 3rd hall floor hallway, not sure of source. Restroom by pool area disgustingly filthy. Breakfast - gravy for biscuits watered down, runny. Ran out of coffee twice. Manager or owner not available. Desk staff helpful, apologetic. Will pursue with Wyndham. Understand not a 5 star hotel, but this was really unacceptable with no availability of management.

The room was dirty and smelled like mildew. The entire night we heard doors slamming and music blaring. Also, we could hear and feel everytime the train passed by.

Jennifer was helpful in trying to give me a working television for the room. However, after telling her my room was already charged in my account, I was charged again, so I paid 87.66 twice and I need to be refunded

No working television in room, sink clogged up, holes in the blankets.
