The girl was nice ish

I was traveling with my 2 month old and my best friend and we got put in the most foul room. I was disgusted and almost wanted to switch rooms however moving a 2 month old and all the stuff felt like a lot. Then I saw Mr cockroach, pictures of Mr man will be included. When asking for a refund I was denied and forced to move rooms. Moving rooms however showed me they have decent rooms available. However they have everyone booked with roaches and next door. They were aware of this problem before us I learned because they had beds pulled out in the morning in a different room across the building. My son hasn’t even had his shots yet, we are here for the children’s hospital and traveled about 8 hours with not much money, this was totally preventable and gross and fb customer service was horrible considering they were clearly in the wrong and zero actions were taken to help. It basically just completely sucked and made being a mom of a young child who is ill even harder for the day.

Motel was pretty empty. But we were right next door to some drug addict who had traffic throughout the night. And people banged on our room door and window trying to get into the room. Every time my fiance would get dressed to answer door, they had already gotten into the next room. Never had any issue here before. It wasn't an issue with the motel, but the inconsiderate guest we shared a wall with.

The owner very friendly bonus all housekeeper are very nice and respectfu!

Breakfast is done to early and pool hours

Noisy clientele. Inconsiderate people running up and down stairs. Loud talking. Teenage kids yelling and firecrackers at 12:30 am. Police called. Another lady talking very loud at 3:45 am. Room/bathroon was clean but could use a better coat of paint. Bedding and towels were clean.

I really liked that the beds and pillows were comfortable enough, good location (not so far from major national parks), and clean overall.

I was disappointed that the breakfast was very poor - just coffee, oatmeal, milk, and some toasts, so we went to nearby diner.
