Siding 16 Lodge

It was located in a nice quiet area, the rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly, check in and out process was quick and easy.

A total refund in writing never happened as promised in writing by Anish Patel the ops mgr @ Siding 16 Lodge. What a flop that is with only a partial refund which is about half of what we expected when we were guaranteed air conditioning. His word has no credibility whatsoever. Do not ever stay here and tell others that they should not. I should never have treated him kindly as I did.

It’s getting older. Small rooms without easy places to sit. Crammed a table and chairs in front of the air conditioner as the only spot to put them. Cable box provided but not many channels actually subscribed to.

The staff

Property was clean, felt safe and the staff were lovely. The pool is great! I don't think I've ever seen a motel that was also a hotel but that's the situation here. It's very interesting. We stayed in 4 hotels this week and I have to say this room was the biggest and most comfortable except for the fridge which buzzed pretty loud.

Clean

The ladies that checked us in were amazing!! We ended up in the old part away from the pool and I thought I asked to be put in the main building, but maybe I forgot. We used to be regulars here, but I’m not so sure anymore…

Friendly staff. Clean room and facilities.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
