Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The first room had a water leak problem but she quickly took care of us and changed our room. It was clean and comfortable.

Room ok, staff ok. Breakfast choices/options not so good. Large truck/semi parking is good for them, but, very noisy. 11am check out is too early, should be at least 1pm.

Didn’t have what was advertised. No newspaper as advertised. No bottle water on premises. Water pressure in rooms very weak due to water saver devises.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night so we could continue our travel to our destination and the stay was not very good. When we walked in, there was a very bad oder in the room. At first I thought it was because the AC was not on and maybe it would get better once it was turned on but it didn’t. The bed was very lumpy and hard not at all comfortable and the pillows was not fluffy they were actually flat thankfully I brought my own pillow. I will not be staying here ever again they have lost my business and the next time we travel this way we will be staying at another hotel. I was contemplating on staying here because the reviews I read some were good and some was bad so I thought why not let me give it a try and see thank goodness I only stayed one night because I couldn’t do it again for the second time around.

Very friendly staff. Clean room. Cheap rates. Bed wasnt the best. But i slept good. Neiborhood felt safe. Pizza walking distance.

First off, the room was very clean, bed & pillows were comfortable. The problem was the amenities: bathroom plugged up, coffee pot didn't work, didn't have clean washcloths every day (we stayed 3 nights) nor coffee (we at least could have microwaved it) and other things. So, no, would not recommend this hotel even though it was inexpensive. When I called the front desk for the toilet the clerk said, "Do you want to come down and get a plunger?" Uh, no - I want it fixed. Same wit the washcloths - the housekeeper didn't leave any so no, I don't want to come down and get them - bring it to me. The coffee pot the same thing. . . . Furthermore, Trip Advisor said this hotel was nearby the Pinnacle State Park (4.78 miles I believe) but it was about 25 minutes away. Not a pleasant experience overall.

Nice room for the money. Has pool, close to restaurants & I40. Rooms are clean.

This was a great place to stay. The staff was very kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was big, accessible, and very clean.

don't be fooled by the standard looking exterior as you drive up. The rooms are recently redone, perfectly clean, and the beds are super nice. I was very pleasantly surprised by the high grade given the budget price of the room. i hardly ever write a review, but this place deserves a great one!

Friendly Front desk customer service. Rooms were spacious and clean. Walking distance to a few restaurants. And gas stations are nearby.
