"No hot water for a much needed shower and bath. Really bad customer service after complaining."

Close to restaurants. Temperature of the room was good

We traveled about 10hours and was looking forward to a hot shower and bath. Before bed started drawing the bath water but there was NO HOT WATER! I called the office and first they tried to tell me I didn't know how to turn on the faucet. I told them of course I did. Then they said we were in a handicap room and it's not suppose to have hot water and there was nothing they could do about it. My wife and I were fuming angry! This ruined the entire stay for us. Very very upset and disappointed.
