Location to 95, price point.

A little dirty. Definitely needs an update. And had a smell. Like a maybe pest control or what they use in pet rooms to clean them.

The owner would not admit that his ac was badly broken and malfunctioning & give me a refund, since I got to the hotel at 4 am and didn't lay down until 5:30 am because their computer was also down and the first room smelled bad#118, so I moved to #223 and that also took away from my sleeping time. In the next room #223 the ac was going to high or low on its own, or not changing at all, I have it on video and the owner was denying everything and making dumb excuses. I had to call corporate, I'm not sure what the resolution will be. He wouldn't even answer bookings refund call. He doesn't care if things are broken or dirty and shouldn't be allowed to charge for such rooms or give a refund if the case was like mine where it was already near checkout when I got there, so I didn't get any sleep and still need to drive 6 hours. I'm going to report this hotel to various places. A professional needs to make sure the ac works and they would say in #223 it wasn't. The owner doesn't know he's talking about.
