The staff was nice and the breakfast was okay.

The room was not cleaned well. Old food was left in the microwave from the last visitors. The bathroom was dirty. I went out to buy products to clean it before showering. Toilet seat was broken. The room smelled as if a pet was staying in it and urinated on carpet.

Our was good staff was very friendly

Beside everything the rooms need a little work to be updated

I just think its better for the price . They are best staff ive seen . Each shift shown great attitude. They have a painter on duty , im looking forward to see the results.

The front desk attendant when I arrived. He was very welcoming, answered any questions that I had. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

When I called the attendant on the morning of check out after seeing bedbugs, there was no reassurance. She asked when was I checking out, I said that morning. She said if I would have notified them earlier they could have done something about it. I said ma’am, I hear from out of state for work. I literally came in, laid across the bed and fell asleep. It was not until at roughly 5 in the morning that I was going to be a normal person and sleep under the covers. When I pulled the covers back there were several bed bugs running around. She said they were roaches. I politely explained, no ma’am. Roaches you have to crack their backs to kill them. When you smush a bedbug, blood comes out. And since we’ve been in the phone, I’ve already killed 7. The attendant then said I’m not sure what you are wanting then since you’re just now calling, if you are wanting compensation you will need to contact the owner. I personally wasn’t trying to get compensation. I understand that different diversity’s of people come and go when it comes to hotels, I was trying to be nice and let them know.

It was a good experience
