Super 8 by Wyndham Ottawa

It was clean and comfortable.

There was no staff at the front desk you had to pick up a stupid phone to get the staff to come out. Also the breakfast was useless, nothing to really speak of unless your a child for cereal.

We always stay at the Super 8 when we go to Ottawa - the rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly.

We have stayed here a few times. But this last visit seemed to be the worse. We opened the door to our room and was hit in the face with the scent of bug spray. Our bathroom door wouldnt close all the way. And we stayed 2 nights in a row and housekeeping didnt come . I went down and asked if someone could come get our trash and was told housekeeping was gone for the day. And That i could walk it out to the dumpster but not to set it outside our door to our room . And then i had to ask for additional trash bags. Um no . We payed 250 for 2 nights through a third party. Sorry i feel whether ur checking in and out or housekeeping no matter your role. Someone should have been able to take the trash out . The breakfast is basic. But i guess i consider it a bonus .

Enjoyed stay

The bathroom was nice. Clean.

The room was old dingy and if was damp. Everything felt wet! I had to sleep on a blanket I brought with me and used my own pillow.

For 100 dollars did not expect that, Property was really bad, looking like a roch area doors was dirty and rusty smells funny, but manager was friendly

The room smelled very musty when we arrived we turned the air on and left when we got back ut was better but carpet felt damp. Beds are firm, hotel is old but trying to update
