"Management are crooks!"

These people took my money and refused my money back 5 mins after making my reservation I called them to say they were not even close to where I had to be the next day and thry agreed to a refund because of their faulty advertising. I've been kicking and screaming trying to get my money back and nothing from them or booking.com. I'll never use either one ever again

"Overall for what I paid I’m not very happy."

The room was fairly clean and spacious.

I specifically booked a room with a tub in the room and received a fireplace instead and then it didn’t even work? At checkout I had to wait for 15+ minutes to return my key card and the woman working walked by several times. I had to ring the bell. She saw me standing there so I didn’t initially ring it because I thought that would be rude.
