Convenience

The room has a smell to it but it was ok

It’s close to I19. There’s a Food City and Pizza Hut up the street. The room could use a little cleaning. The carpet can be replaced. I like the 55’ TV. My husband said “the bed was comfortable, I don’t know if it because I was tired”. I appreciate the coffee maker in the room. Microwave and fridge A+. Back door lock needs to be fixed for safety reason. Overall, it’s an affordable hotel. A long ways from Bristol race track.

Breakfast was way less than expected

The toilet wouldn’t flush I smelled sewage all night the a/c was rigged to make it work the manager the next day after I had checked out was rude.

I liked it all. The staff is super nice! The location is great! Close to stores and restaurants!

It was fine.

Was fairly quiet, no road noise

Slow internet, no workout room, drinks in machine not cold, no clock in room, carpet worn and dirty looking, pitiful breakfast items. Got some yogurt out of the cooler which had mold in it, expired 21 days earlier.

When I came in the man that was working must have been in the office he came out and didn't say anything at all to me he gave me a look like I interrupted his break or something. And then the room that I paid for online he didn't think he had it available. Once we got into our room our room is decent but it stinks. We were out on a motorcycle for 12 hours all day we just wanted to bed to sleep in. We kept the room because it's clean and the smell wasn't too overwhelming but it does stink. It smells like maybe somebody had a pet in here and it peed on the floor.

I felt like it was in a convenient and safe location. Especially with me arriving late at night. The staff was friendly. The rooms were okay. You can tell it is dated but overall it was fine. Beds were clean. No bed bugs trust me I looked thoroughly. I would stay there again for a quick trip. I would give it 3 out of 5 stars. The price is very reasonable especially for a holiday weekend.

It could have used a good cleaning as far as dusty and that kind of thing. Definitely bring your own shampoo and conditioner. I forgot and well that made for a rough hair day 😁. But overall it was nice for the money and convenient location. Definitely plan on going somewhere else for breakfast. That one was free for a reason. But you are very close to several options.
