"Busted Commode, Stale Breakfast"

Average breakfast, Busted Commode,Poorly lit parking lot. It was clean But Not up to Wyndham Standards! As a Reward Member, I expect more. Staff seemed not concerned about the Busted Commode or the Stale Muffins, Warm Juice. We were there for like 8 hours and used it to rest before leaving. The Room smelled like Feces because of the Busted Commode

I was really surprised for what is considered a low end hotel, this one was very comparable to some more expensive hotels. The breakfast is a bit scarce though.

"Amazing stay"

Our stay was amazing. The staff knows their stuff and make you feel like family from the start. We will be back. We were here for our grandson to take his girl to the prom. He had an amazing time. It was will worth the trip from Florida to see him so happy. The staff were all awaiting to see him dolled up and ready to go, and were looking forward to seeing the pictures. Thank you all.

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay!!"

The bathroom light was not functioning. Neither phone would allow us to call out. One phone fell off the wall when trying to use. The blow dryer fell off the wall too. Wifi was spoty. Wifi did work for most of the day one day. Unable to access the free Showtime or any streaming apps that would allow us to enter our own sign in info. Only had access to about 20 channels. It's was supposed to be a handicapped room but was located at the end of a very long hallway and the closest exit was not handicapped accessible.

Management is sorely lacking which is allowing all the other issues yo develop.

"Very nice staff terrible conditions. "

The staff was very nice especially as we arrived late. The motel itself was a mess! The bathroom looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped. The bedding was rumpled and looked like it had been sat on. The TV didn't work and the thermostat didn't appear to work or be accurate. I understand it's an older motel however it was in terrible disrepair and dirty.The breakfast was very sparce. I will say the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
