Window wouldn't close let alone lock. Ihate being a lone woman in a ground floor room with a non locking window. Bathroom smelled horrible, like maybe something was dead in its odd drop ceiling. Property needs Huge update, not just a paint job which it looks like the last several have only been.

Sam was a great manager, very friendly, informative, always helpful. The room, bathroom, property very clean and pleasant. Sam was such a a help from checking in, information on places to dine, to check out. Great stay very nice experience will be back for sure

"Very good"

The hotel was a very good experience. The room, breakfast, the quietness was wonderful. Though I do wish we could do something about the fan, it would wake me up when it turn off and on but it did make the room feel good. The shower was very nice and relaxing.

We got here from a long trip for soccer, treated us very nicely. Rooms nice and clean very helpful if you needed help or needed anything. Pool was closed but there is one. In morning had good breakfast had cereal or pancakes. Really enjoyed my stay 😁

Great place to stop and stay the night, had some delicious pancakes. Came with a very large team and they were very accommodating for all of us. Rooms were clean and comfy, and the air conditioner worked well! Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

Location was good for the event we attended.

Price gouging because they knew there was an event close by. After taxes and fees it came out to a little over $150, totally not worth that. And you could visibly see mold around the ice machine

"2024 artists alley weekend"

We always stay at the Super 8 in Chanute Ks. We come to Chanute about once a year and our resent visit was for 5 nights. Sam and his staff always treat us like family. The hotel is clean and the beds comfortable. They even wipe out the drawers. They serve a hot breakfast of pancakes or oatmeal. Other options are fruit, yogurt , boiled eggs and cereals. We highly recommend the Super 8 and wouldn’t book anywhere else. They are pet friendly too. Linda and Larry R

"Comfy bed, good but…."

The beds were super comfy and the shower was strong and good supply of hot water but the room had cobwebs hanging from ceiling onto one of the beds. The manager came and cleaned them off and was very apologetic and accommodating.
