Everything absolutely wonderful

The pool is fabulous!!?

There was a lot of room and we had 3 adults and 1 toddler. They had clean room and good breakfast.

When we arrived and checked in we were told the water will be off for 30 minutes to an hour, okay that was fine. We get to the room at it took them 2 hours to get the water back on. I had to take a shower for that night. What really irked me was that we asked for maid service bc my special needs adult son had wet the bed and we needed the sheets changed. They came and cleaned everything but the bedding. So, my son had to sleep in a wet bed again the next night. We had his urine pads, that are made for adult accidents and it is cloth, under him when he was sleeping. We tried to keep the urine from getting on the bed.

The great staff and location of the hotel.

It could have been a little cleaner, but I’m a cleaner for a living and noticed crazy stupid details most wouldn’t.

It was a nice place for myself and my girls. We enjoyed it a lot. The pool was amazing.
