"We will not be returning. It wasn't worth the $70 we paid."

The front desk clerk announced our room out loud. He used a credit card on file without asking for a method of payment (I was planning to use a different card). The room was 60 degrees when we checked in and the heater didn't get it above 70 until four hours of running on high heat. The ceiling and walls were filthy. There was no coffee maker in the room.
