Inn of Loudon

The lady that checked me in was great. But the people that stay close to the room they gave me was loud all night long. No respect knowing somebody was in that room they stayed out all night long. The room wasnt clean well comforter has cigarette holes all in it. The bsthroom ceiling is falling in. They need to do better

Dirty room, unmade beds, trash in trash cans, unfriendly staff; did not even stay the night; drove two more hours to find a room, but that was worth it because this was so bad

Over booked the property, no rooms left when I got there. Rude staff.

Got my daughter and her husband room here for couple nights. Everyone they and I encountered were very nice,friendly and helpful. Room was nothing fancy but good and clean , good internet . Will definitely use this hotel again when having visitors.

Room on first floor had a coupon price of $49 but by the time the lady got done price went up to $82, but the same deal on-line was $15 less at $67, sooo live and learn get price verification before you hand them your card! Room is fine, nothing exciting, reasonably clean and everything works! This would be a great deal if done on-line, remember that for future use!

I checked into this hotel late at night while traveling from Connecticut to Texas with my five grandchildren. We were headed to our room and someone shouted " oh hell naw, you picked the wrong f_ _king town to stop in lady"!! I hurried to the room, secured the children then went back to the front desk to report what had happened. I told the clerk that I was a grandmother traveling with my grandchildren ages 4 months, 5 yrs, 12 yrs, 14 yrs and 16 yrs and that I was checking out because I feared for our safety! I asked for a refund but was told that I had to call management in the morning! I called management the next morning only to be told that I would not under any circumstances would I be issued a refund!!

Staff member was laying on bed in hallway when we checked in. Room was very dated n cigarette burns in the chairs. Parking was full. It was ok just to sleep but I was happy to get out of there. Wouldn't stay again.

Front desk lady was very kind, pleasant and helpful with this load of weary travelers. The room was clean, non smoking, smelled fresh and well priced. Hot showers and fridge an asset. Breakfast was a bonus. Morning view from outside the room was priceless. Smokey mountains. Not far from the pricey tourist areas.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was dated, but clean and comfortable. Pets are allowed, and there is a good place to walk them. The price is very reasonable, making this a decent stop for a place to sleep.

We stopped here on a trip from Florida back home to Michigan with our children. We arrived at 1 am. The lobby was clean and the clerk was friendly, but that is the only positive thing to say. There were bugs in the room and 1 found in the bed. It was NOT a bedbug, but was gross just the same. The rest of the room was pretty filthy was well. Maintenance-wise the room was bad as well. The heater knobs were broken, preventing the room from being heated. The bathroom did not drain well. The coffee pot in the corner was full of mold and other grime. We were given a total of 2 washcloths and 1 towel to use for the 4 of us. Being dead tired, we still crashed until 4 am. My husband went to check us out of the room and to advise of the issues and the main hotel entrance was locked. Also, it appears this may have been a Super 8 that lost the franchise, as both the key cards and ice buckets say Super 8.
