"We found it unsafe to stay here, we never entered the building."

This property is surrounded by drug activity and full of drug users, we and our belongings were safer sleeping in our car at a rest area on the interstate then checking into this property.

The drug activity and seedy characters loitering in the parking lot made us feel unsafe. We recommend you burn this place to the ground and start again elsewhere.

"GREAT STAY, GREAT VALUE!"

Everything in the facility was very clean. The rooms were comfortable and accommodating. It was updated and fresh smelling. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, albeit simpler than some. But it is a value hotel. Best rate we could find for a decent hotel in Sioux City. Rooms must be well insulated because there was a bunch of Harley riders and Semis in the area, but we never heard outside noises.

If I had any minor complaints, it would be the location is not picturesque. It's a trucking area. But there are fast food places and convenience stores so that is helpful. And it's only a few minutes away from nicer, more vibrant areas. A public restroom near the lobby would be nice. And I know folks would appreciate it if the breakfast was served later than 9:00

Breakfast could’ve been better but was typical. Room was very clean and free of odd smells. Looked to be recently updated.

Gravy could’ve been hotter.

"Overall I liked the experience of staying here."

Loved the breakfast and the workers were very polite.

Wi-fi kept on disconnecting every few hours and I had to keep signing back in.

Rooms clean and Front Desk very friendly!! Our son just started college at Morningside. we will stay he again.

Outside there is a sewer plant and Beef plant. So outside does not smell good. But inside nice and clean, no issues.

The room was accurately depicted online. The room was clean, you can tell they take pride in their hotel. The front desk was always around or close and very friendly. Breakfast was good. There was a variety of food choices and drink choices.

There wasn't much that was bad. I can't really think of anything at all.
