The first thing we noticed was Karmon he was very helpful

New

The clerk acted as though he just wanted to get done and be able to go on about his evening. The lobby was overly scented. The table in the room had a leg that looked like it was ready to give out.

The location is beautiful with the black hills surrounding the hotel. It was easy to check in, my room was very clean. Pool area was clean as well. The room had a microwave and a mini fridge that was helpful in cutting take out costs.

I could hear the highway over my ac running and the tv. The rooms are also not very sound proof. It sounded like a wwe match in the room above me, and when I asked the front desk to ask them to quiet down so I could get to bed, she acted like I had asked her to turn off the moon. The hot tub was not working, and the breakfast was okay. There were fresh waffles and cereal, but any “hot” food like breakfast sandwiches were prepackaged and you had to microwave themselves. The bed also felt like sleeping on a card board box

The NUMBER 1 reason I book a hotel is them having a Hot Tub. This one was ice freaking cold, then they have the audacity to say, "it was hot 6 hours ago when we checked", absolute bs, I own a hot tub, they DO NOT go from hot to ice cold in 6 hours. This was probably down for weeks.
