Great price for the area, the bedding and furniture is showing it's age, basic breakfast

Room was clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast good

I drove for 8 hours to get there, and the guy checking me in ( found out later he's the owner of the property) couldn't find my reservation . I had a printed itinerary from Expedia and THAT didn't help!!! He said he'd give me a room, then asked for my credit card! He was gonna charge me AGAIN, even after seeing I had proof of payment. Took me an hour to get checked in. I'm tired and just wanted MY room. It took over an hour. Total incompetence.

A spacious room, a good breakfast with a variety of options, and a nice hot tub and pool facility.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and pretty good breakfast. We stayed on the way to and back from Yellowstone and would be happy to stay there again.

What a wonderful hotel. The gentleman at check in was very friendly, fast and efficient. The hotel itself was so cute, clean and had all you need. The room was wonderful! Had a Kitchener, sitting area and a comfortable bed. I would go out of my way to stay her again. We had a basic room, 2nd floor. They had elevators. The indoor pool open till 10 was a nice test.

Just needed a place to unwind for a night. Good continental breakfast, clean rooms, hot showers. Walls are a little thin as the people next door went to pound town for a while. And best hot tub in the Black Hills. Manager is kind, courteous, and beautiful. Highly recommend this establishment. Make sure you have your ID. No ID, no room.

A good place to stay. I was happy they had a hot rub, but didappointed that it was lukewarm and no obvious way to adjust the temperature.

Greeted by an unsmiling receptionist who ignored our hello greeting .. got our room but key wouldnt work, went back to reception and he reprogrammed key but made no comment and maybe is best suited to another role that isnt customer facing Had 2 hours sleep at best as bed was really hard and lumpy and after travelling long hours its disappointing to get this .. so was looking forward to breakfast at least but this was awful too Nothing hot but a waffle, no toaster, no bread, very poor choice and all we had was a tepid coffee which was awful and a pack of 2 very small muffins which were also awful. There was a double hand basin outside the bathroom in our room which is a bit odd and inconvenient when you really would like all your toiletries in one place. Check out was also a sombre affair with the least interaction they could possibly do The eco friendly score is because using paper cups, plates and plastic utensils is not green just convenient for the hotel .. they should use actual plates, cups and cutlery .. we wont be back
