"I would never stay here again and would recommend that you remove it off your site"

the location was good as we only used it as a stopover on our way to Kansas City

Although I had paid for my stay before i arrived we got there at 1.30am to be told that the payment had not gone through at which point I showed the reception that I had a receipt to be told that there system said the payment had failed and the only way for us to stay would be to pay again which I had to. I then asked for a receipt to be told that they could not give me a receipt as I had booked through bookings.com and not direct. I also had to switch the air-con off due to it being so noisy i could not get to sleep and had it not been 2.15am i would have mentioned it to the receptionist however we were shattered after a long drive and were leaving at 6am in the morning. I have e mailed to get a refund for my original payment as i have now paid twice for my stay
