The old guy is kinda rude but I will be back

The location was good. Close to town and 21 minutes from Shipshewana.

The hotel is severely outdated. Upon arrival our non-smoking room stunk terribly like cigarettes with no option to open the windows I asked for a room change-which the manager Vic Patel did promptly he even gave me the room for the same price -how kind 😄 The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable and the family who runs the hotel must live there because the smell of cooking food was constant and not pleasant. Also they advertise this hotel as having breakfast included which is primarily how I book my hotels it wasn't until after I reserved the hotel that they send me a note saying that wasn't the case they would instead have a few grab a go items such as "Honey buns" and juice - you can see from the pictures that isn't the case and it's not that they can't they have the set up its that the owners are too cheap to provide the advertised amenities. Also they have no iron in the room and the provided hair dryer was broke. and the bathroom lighting was terrible. Overall this was easily one of the worst super 8's I have been to and won't be returning, there are plenty of other hotels with similar price points in the area that would be a better choice.

I had trouble regulating A/C. TV didn't work. Employee checked it & it still didn't work.

Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was terrible. I had recieved an e-mail before my stay telling me that breakfast would be a Grab & Go with honey buns, coffee cake, cereal, milk, juice and coffee. That was pretty bad. Carpet in the room was badly stained and looked dirty.

The it was close to the place I was suppose to go

I was late at check in and they charge me even when I wasn’t there. The dryer wasn’t working

The man at the desk was rude asked me if I knew how to follow direction refused to changes the dates on my reservation I guess cause I made him mad but over all he was a jerk from the start

Room was dirty, sheets stained, carpet dirty. Extra bed wa broke. Lots of traffic from non customers.
