"Good"

There was a nasty smell around the whole hotel. Room was basic but okey. Staff was missing everytime we needed someone at the front desk. Ac was noisy. Breakfast is just a muffin, coffee and yogurt. Average would be the best ratings for this hotel.

Rooms were updated and clean. They were spacious and the beds were comfortable with the darkened curtains.

We were lucky to get a room, bc Kansas City hotels were all sold out! We would have liked a better rate but we were just thankful to find a room available at the last minute!

"Clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds."

The staff was friendly, the room was very clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

The room did not have a dresser in which to unpack clothes. The breakfast was subpar. Rather than twinkies and cupcakes, perhaps offer oatmeal or hardboiled eggs. Fresh fruit like bananas or oranges would also be a good idea.

"Recommend if traveling with pets"

As we were traveling with pets a dog friendly environment was key to us. The pet fee was $20 per pet per night which was pretty reasonable. There was enough opportunity to walk the dogs. The room did not have any carpet which is preferred if you have pets. The location was good - close to the highway and close to restaurants.

The breakfast was very basic - toast, packaged mini cupcakes and cookies, coffee - that's about it.

We stay here everytime we have to go to K.U. Med for appointments. Its about a 20 min drive to the med center. The staff is alwasy nice and the hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast is typical hotel fare.

"Minor issues. "

Slight weird smell the whole time. Hair blower plug not working unless wiggled and held on to. Half the outside window covered with moisture. I told them blower didn’t work. He said maybe you should have reset it. Ha ha.
