The tub was good

The bed was uncomfortable, the breakfast was nothing like they mentioned it would be online. Housekeeping didnt bring us towels like we requested. Also the air conditioner smelled weird when it turned on and there was no smoke alarm. And a phone but no where to plug it up. The ice machine on our floor also didnt work so we had to go down to the 1st floor

"Overall poor experience."

I was traveling with my family.Kids wanted the pool that is the main reason I booked this hotel. Pool was out of service and had been for a long time, kids very disappointed. Breakfast was not good almost non existent. Positive note the room wasn't so bad. They also try to charge me a cleaning fee when I checked in.I questioned it and they removed it. I would not stay again
