The room was clean and quiet. Properly was in a good location with a good restaurant. Access to tea and coffee station all day as well as continental breakfast every morning. Good value for the price of the room.

Could not get a caught in the room luckily I had a little child that could sleep on the small couch and they did give us blankets and pillows to make up a bit

when I entered hotel lobby that looks very old metel. when I get into room. terrible dirty smell that like very old metel. so I opened window and aircon, spray perfume all in the room.
We had the worst experience stayin in this hotel and noone was willing to help out. We checked in for a couple of days so we moved all our stuff in and there was 6 of us 3 adults and 3 kis including a 2 year old. We got inside our room with all our stuff and we found couple dirty glass in the washroom carpet was not cleaned and no towels. Mot too much of a big deal at first but when i went out to asked if we can get some towels i was told by the cleaners that the room was not even ready yet and the room was not even cleaned yet! Now ww have all our stuff inside and the front desk coulnt do anything because the sysyem was down and because we booked with expedia. Was told that a manager will get a hold of us the next day. Its been 3 days now and noone has called. Anyways we had no other choice for now but to stay there in a dirty room. After a night we noticed a distinct smell in our room by the fridge. Something that smells like a dead mouse! Honestly we leave to try to not be in our room cor the two days. It was horrible. The managers didnt do anything. The worker on saturday told me that was the managers choice not to show up and they cant do anything about it. Expedia has sent an email to the managers aswell with no reply. We wasted 3 days here trying to not be in our hotel room because it smell it there was a dead mouse or mold in the carpet. We felt uncomfortable walking im our rooms. Very unprofessional. Why did they check us in when the room was not even ready?

Not my favorite hotel. It was fine but could use some upgrades. Felt like an older Best Western.
Like the property. The only thing expedia overcharged me. Instead of paying cdn currency we had to pay way to much u.s. currency. Not your fault, it was all expedia for not telling us. Thanks
