for two out of the three days there was no internet or tv. We we're first told it was a power outage then we we're told it was water damage. Maintenance was always working on it never saw a maintenance person.

写真で見て想像していたよりも小さく、質素でした。隣の部屋、上の階の音がうるさかったです。 部屋のテーブルはチェックインの時点で汚れており、自分で拭き直しました。 サービスについては疑問が大きいです。２泊したので、クリーニングは不要でリネンとタオルの交換だけするようにフロントに伝えました。スタッフが細かく希望を聞かれ、理解していた様子だったので安心していたのですが、部屋に戻ってみるとタオルのリネンの交換もされていませんでしたので、19時ごろ、タオル交換だけでもお願いできないかと夜のフロントスタッフに伝えると「ハウスキーピングルームがロックされておりできない」「わたしは聞いてない」という返答のみでした。結果汚れたタオルで２泊目を過ごしました。「マネージャーにこの件を報告し、何らかの返答をします」と言われ、電話番号を聞かれましたが、もう3日待っても電話もメールもありません。誠実さをまったく感じない対応にがっかりです。スタッフ同士の連携、伝達が成立していないようです。サービスの質に関しては最低レベルだと思います。

Overall good area to stay in.

I booked this hotel because I wanted to give it a chance despite all the reviews but it was not what I expected or hoping for. You have to go to other location to use the pool, bonfire area, restaurant. The bed had regular sheets instead of fitted sheets so it was uncomfortable to sleep on. They barely have any free breakfast options.
