The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Check in was fairly simple. I would definitely go back.

While check in was simple, I had checked in on my phone the previous day. I understand having to show my ID to verify check in, but the process had to be repeated due to the check in information being stored on the GM's PC and not the front desk PC. You need a system that fully integrates with your property PMS, which is SynXis, and not one that only integrates halfway.

The staff were very friendly and inviting.

Around the bottom of the beds, were dirty. You can tell housekeeping only changes sheets and vacuums. There was a dirty fork laying up against one bed, and there was a dirty syringe without the needle laying up against another bed. The bed skirts on the beds had dried food all over them as well. When you use the microwave it would kick the breaker to where you have to call front desk to flip the breaker again.
