It was clean staff friendly a bit dated but good value for money

The included breakfast was top notch — we weren’t expecting any hot food at all, and that alone would make us come back. The staff were very friendly, and they even left a little gift and note for my kids when we checked into the room, which made their stay extra special. The pool was nice and the water was good, though the perimeter could use a bit of cleaning. I was disappointed with the gym facility. I had planned to work out, but there wasn’t even a bench available — which feels like a very basic piece of equipment to be missing.

On top of that, the ice machine and vending machine on the 3rd floor were both out of order, each marked with simple paper signs. It doesn’t look great to have generic signs instead of proper branded ones.

The staff were friendly and super accommodating. They let us stay in the pool an extra 5 min. past the limit
