Nothing. Didn't even stay the night. I left an abusive relationship and had my two, tired and scared children in the car. I had booked in advance and the supervisor saw my reservation on Booking.com but not in her system. She had to call Booking.com but they said they'd get back to her. After waiting after an exhausting day for over 30 minutes and my kids tired in the dark parking lot, I left. Unbelievable

Dirty with empty weed containers under the dresser, so room clearly wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. There was no remote so tv could not get used. People were partying next door and the pool also had no water in it.

Cleanliness, no pool, no tv, had to wait longer to check in due to office not having someone at the front desk.

We booked 3 rooms online through Booking.com, each listed as having two queen beds to accommodate our group of 5 adults and 5 children. However, upon arrival, we were given only 2 rooms, each with just one queen bed. In addition, the booking clearly stated that breakfast was included, but there was absolutely nothing provided, not even a snack, tea, or coffee. This experience was very disappointing and far from what was promised

Just the fact that it had parking on the property

There were a lot of things wrong with this property. When I first booked it, I didn’t get the option of booking a handicap room as I am disabled. Instead, I listed on my booking that I’d prefer a room on the 1st floor and handicap accessible. I arrive to the hotel and checked in, and the front desk told me there were no rooms on the 1st floor and no elevators, either. I had to climb up stairs, which is impossible for me as I have a disability and use a walker. When inside the room, the bathroom and water had a foul smell. The front door and bathroom door were extremely hard to open and close. The bathroom door is warp, making it hard for any disabled person to close either door. The outlet that is apart of the dresser next to the bed was unplugged and fell off when trying to use it. The lamp by the desk/table had no light bulb so I could not even use it. The description of the hotel says it has a garden and a swimming pool as part of its amenities. When I arrived, there was no garden and the swimming pool was empty-no water. This is false advertising. The entire look of the hotel and its amenities for hotel stayers were false and untrue.
