Rude staff and management, payed almost $200 to stay at refurbished crackhouse. Front desk yelled at me for bringing my one waffle and one yogurt to my room. I left that shit on the counter. It was unsafe. Shady characters at the front desk and throughout MOTEL. I parked in the back and the key pad didn’t work. Anyone have access to the building in a not so great part of West Haven. Not clean. Although the room looks newly refurbished, there were hair and loose tobacco on bed and bathroom. Mini fridge smelled and frozen. Not quiet. I was super tired and a deep sleeper. Still got woken up throughout the night by screams and shouting.

Limpio, cómodo y muy bonita las habitaciones

Un pobre desayuno😢para casi $200 la noche y las instalaciones no ofrece tanto. Sugiero poner otro zafacon en el área de la habitación y microondas, no estaría mal algo de seguridad en el piso de la bañera, algo peligroso.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Shower was hot!!!!!!

Not enough lighting in room

The room was clean.

I did not like the neighborhood.I waited almost an hour to check in because there was a group of people in motorcycles . I had reservation and still i had to wait. Those people were making noises in the parking lot all night. When I check out , walking to my car there were 3 young people arguing in the parking lot and i was in fear. I will never stay again in you hotel.

Expensive for what we paid. Probably it was due to graduation week. Breakfast mediocre. Staff not very friendly.
