The place was close to Yale campus and staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early which was great.

The place is undergoing renovations, but still looks run-down. The breakfast was disgusting, the waffle batter tasted old, the bananas were over-ripe, and there was no milk for the cereal. There is no elevators and it was inconvenient to haul our luggage up the stairs upon arrival and down the stairs for departure.

"Nice rooms, very clean, very maintained. Very standard room."

It was nice and clean, and well put together. Looked a bit rundown from the lobby, but the rooms were very nice. Bedroom and bathroom looked well maintained. Was also in a quiet part of the town, so no highway noise or anything bothered me.
