Harbor Winds Hotel

Sheboygan has been one of my favorite places for years, I know the area very well. This was an overnight birthday trip, I chose this hotel specifically for the location as it was walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. The room appeared clean. Breakfast was simple but there were a handful of options.

The room door was not sealed well, huge gaps of light coming in from top, bottom and both sides. Some of the room doors were super squeaky, we heard it all night long as people came and went as well as anything going on at the front desk. Lots of creaking with any sort of movement from the people above us. The bed was doable, on the firmer side, pillows were flat and hard. Also a bit loud being on the parking lot side. It wasn’t a good nights sleep. The shower head looked like something you’d see on the end of an outdoor hose. Furniture was in rough shape, the chair had stains on it. This was a $120 room at best, not $215. You’re paying for the location.

Very nice hotel with a remodeled lobby and dining area. Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was perfect. Right on the river and the river walk. Close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is perfect! You can walk to all the restaurants, and even the beach. The hotel lobby was updated and it’s nice that it’s right on the river walk. The staff were friendly and helpful.

They are updating the rooms so parts were updated and parts weren’t. But it was clean and comfortable.

I would recommend this little hotel to everyone! Great location. You can walk anywhere. Staff was excellent. Clean rooms, contenetial breakfast and lounge.lounge. Definitely will come again.

Great stay, was a bit loud with traffic and guests coming and going.

Delilah was very welcoming when we arrived. When we told her that we were going fishing in the morning, she made sure the breakfast bar and a fresh pot of coffee was ready for us - that was 4:00am! We will definitely stay here again.

My family and I were in town for a fishing charter that was unfortunately cancelled due to weather. This hotel was in the v perfect location for a great price. Zach at check in was wonderful. Room was very clean with adjustable thermostat. Bathroom smelled a little like bleach, but was clean. Beds were a bit too firm for my liking and woke up sore, but that's just a personal thing. General continental breakfast of pastries, granola bars, oatmeal and coffee. Nice restaurants in walking distance if you need more. Sitting area downstairs overlooked the river with televisions and games available.

Great location - nice to have an outside space to enjoy. A few restaurants were within walking distance.
