Dirty, smoke smell and not just cigarettes or weed. Paraphernalia is room. Bugs. We left immediately and are still trying to get our refund

The property looks nothing like the picture. There wasn’t a square inch of the cream siding that wasn’t peeling. It was disgusting and Wyndham should not support it. The room: mold in the bathroom, no closet doors but they had left the connector nailed in so I kept Stu bing my toe, desk lamp was falling over, corner of the bathroom door was rusted and peeling away, we had no hangers, no iron, an ironing board that would stand,a the breakfast was too basic, no fruit or yogurt, my husband got badly burnt when the waffle machine fell apart, no milk or sugar in the rooms for coffee - you had to go to the lobby to get it, the entire property is not worthy of booking.com. Staff were helpful and nice but for the rest shame on you for keeping it on your list. I have photographs to back up some of the stuff I have mentioned if you are interested..

Nothing. I feel like I was taken for a ride by booking.com because you should be taking note of customers complaints and not offering such bad hotels. I took 3 rooms for 3 days and chose this one in good faith because of Its proximity and because it had a pool. Oh my gosh - the pool towels were a laugh. Thin hand towels.
