Baymont by Wyndham Franklin

The only enjoyable thing about our stay was a comfortable bed & clean shower.

When we arrived, our room had no electricity in the outlets or bathroom. Only the lamps worked. Within minutes they were quick to get us a new room. Around 10 pm we were going to bed & the room above us was making loud noises. After half an hour, I called the front desk and the lady said she'd handle it. After another hour of listening to it off & on, I called again & got a different staff member who wasn't made aware of the issue when he took over for the night. It was now midnight, and we'd been listening to it for 2 hours. He was kind enough to get it handled & issue taken care of within half an hour. Breakfast was disgusting. Runny watery scrambled eggs. The waffle maker had to of just been cleaned or something, our waffle tasted like some sort of bleach cleaner with batter mix. GROSS. Milk was luke warm, juices were cold. Breakfast was not enjoyable, we paid for breakfast somewhere else. The price for our room was NOT worth it. I do not recommend this hotel!

Looks run down, I honestly thought it was closed when I pulled up. Not inviting and very out dated

Looks as if it hasn’t been updated since the 99s. Charged me 100$ hold as most hotels do but honestly should have paid me to stay there.

The breakfast was good. And the staff was friendly and helpful.

It is very out dated. The upholstery on the chair is so old it’s almost warn through. Paint was peeling in the bathroom. There was no coffee, cups or sugar/creamer supplies in the room. No water cups either. The outside of the building was also in need of a paint job. The whole outside had peeling passing. Looked run down.

Very rude staff. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where they didn’t allow other kids to swim even though they weren’t staying.

It was clean and everything was usable in the room.

The breakfast was not good, the Eggs were terrible, and there were no biscuits and gravy??
