Delavan Inn and Suites

Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

Hallway is to dark. Need more lighting and hotel kinda outdated

Charged 4x the normal rate because area was booked full. It is truly a $70 hotel, not 250. Breakfast was bare minimum. Room was musty and run down.

The location was great for getting to and from Elkhorn. I would stay there again. I wish the breakfast would last until 10, I slept in both days and missed it.

The front desk clerk was very polite but he talked too quietly so he was hard to understand sometimes.

Very nice new remodeled bathrooms, new toilet, mirrors, flooring in bathroom. The carpet is original and needs to be replaced. They are in middle of updating and doing good job/ Beds are very comfortable but the bed spreads need to be changed. I stayed 2 nights and they did not clean in between nights, did get new towels but the trash was not emptied
