Staff seemed friendly enough and at least tried to be helpful. When checking out was very polite when I asked questions about a seeming double charge for the room. Was told to reach out to booking over it and will do that shortly. Kind people.

The room was what you would expect for the price, but roaches are never good anywhere and if it's a designated smoking room why isn't their an ash tray. Bathroom tub had rings that looked like rust from paint cans. Room had a dresser draws that couldn't be opened (were off their tracks). Had prepaid for the room and have had another charge for the same amount go through which is frustrating but I'm working on the remedy and if anyone at booking could help me would be appreciated. To clarify I didn't call them about any of it but I really shouldn't have to should I? A clean place to lay my head isn't too much I would think.

Generally was a good experience. I do think the laundry setup could be better and nore spacioua.

Power went out but it was not the hotel's fault. However, it would have been good to have a backup generator.

I didnt see any breakfast but they were selling overpriced junk food and blunt wraps and took ebt.

Absolutely no privacy. I could hear people talking outside on the ground floor all night long.

They are VERY moldy. The entire building. I started in room 120. The room at the end of the hall. The next day I had to change rooms because the mold smell was very strong even though they tried to cover it with bleach before we rented it. Also it reeked of bleach the entire time we were in it. I also have many bites that itched so bad I scratched them til they bled. I took pictures of the moldy bathroom and the bites. The doors do not close tight to the door frame & we had to smell weed along with the bleach smell for hours but the bleach smell never went away. The next morning the front desk had me go look at a room on the 2nd floor even though I am disabled. I begged him to put me on the 1st floor. He refused. He also told me weed is legal in NC. So it is allowed. The angle I stood in the door of the bathroom I could only see a few black dots & didn't think it was mold. So I said yes to the 2nd floor room. Once we got into the room we could see there was mold in the bathroom AND over the bed. The 1st room didn't have it over the bed. In the first room the bed was very uncomfortable. The 2nd room it sagged where a persons butt sat on the bed. So when we laid down it was very uncomfortable. It felt like a bed with stretched out springs. It was so bad we woke up in pain. I have several pictures of both rooms. Also I am covered in bites on my entire body from both rooms. I looked up what bed bug bites look like because I have NEVER had this issue in my 62 yrs.

It was very noisy at night. Everything, the room , bed, wifi, bathroom was very clean and comfortable.

They cancelled my booking even tho I added a check in time of 9pm an I arrived at 9:11pm
