"Excellent for the price."

Very reasonable price for our family of 5 with a pet. An overnight stay with no frills and reasonable rate are what most are looking for along this way. Some complained about small issues regarding renovations etc.. But if you want to support a guy working 16 hours a day renovating a hotel ( previous Quality Inn), just ask for a renovated room. It was perfect for us and we saved $100.

The breakfast could have been a little more robust.

Close to town. Available.

Way overpriced for the quality of the property. Freezer was unusable and covered with ice. Bathroom was not especially clean and sink did not drain properly. Noise from the interstate on the east side was difficult.

We checked in with no problems. Very friendly greeting. There was a phone to call the reception clerk and she arrived quick. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hot tub was pleasant. They are remodeling and changing to Quality Inns.

The hotel is being refurbished and re-named from Super 8 to Hotel Zyva to Quality Inn. Staff is OK. They are only intermittently at the front desk. They give you a long list of do's and dont's and things they don't allow. Many things are still broken or breaking. They dont run the A/C in the hallway upstairs and it was very hot during our stay. I hope they get it all up to speed. We have vacationed our whole lives in Beaver and stayed in this hotel many times until it got completely run down. But the new paint looks good. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast is juice, coffee, muffins, yogurt, waffles and fruit. All in all, ok for our fishing vacation. At $80 the price is high, as we paid $65/night at Brianhead Lodge which is a huge, beautiful log resort in the woods with a pool, bar and grill and restaurant.
