The check in was fast. The facility is clean, and staff willing to help as needed. We brought in a couple pizzas for dinner, and forgot plates. They gave us plates, napkins, and dinnerware. We stay here often and the service remains excellent!

Aside from finally getting the tv remote to function properly, Venus got this all set up without a hitch going forward. We found the room comfortable as well as the bed. Although the bathroom towels were kinda whimpy, they sufficed. The continental breakfast provided was just fine. In the end, we're checked in for the remaining reunion weekend. Thanks, guys. Arrived at the facility around 3 pm . They have open swim paid seven dollars per person to use pool . Have done this before with no issues . On Sunday July 28th 2025 the pool was discusting . The stuff floating in the pool left the person I was with gagging. The appearance of the pool itself had stuff floating in it Where you sit was full of garbage .( Bandaides , food wrappers, soda cans and dirty socks . A football that was ripped all apart the sponge parts were everywhere including the pool . Towels thrown all over including the bathrooms. No towels were available for guest . Went to go tell the attendant but was not at the service desk. Waited 10 min for someone to show and finally left. I assume they were busy doing something for the guests. Which is understandable. But there was no call buzzer to alert staff someone was present .

Adequate hotel accomendations. Breakfast was limited for options. The room was ok. Slept well.

Hotel manager was friendly, had a great personality and was eager to assist guests. Other staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great. Great location, I’d stay here again.

Great bedding and cleanliness. Manager went out of his way to resolve an issue we had.

The person tha checked us in was very nice. I had a handicap room due to surgery, the bathroom is diffently not the tub was high.. The water pressure was horrible and the room itself needs to be updated.
