"The most HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE in my life for a motel/hotel stay"

Staff was friendly

This place is VERY VERY suspect! I completed a review earlier today. As I went to look at my review I discovered that EVERYTHING I stated (posted) wasn't there. I compiled 3-4 paragraphs of the extremely poor experience and NONE of this review is able to be seen. I was asked to give the review a title, which I did. The most HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE in my life for a motel/hotel stay. That's not even seen. The only thing my review shows is "Bad". Not one thing I stated is able to be seen!! If this review appears the same way I will be forced to file complaints with every entity necessary to ensure they give me a complete refund for both rooms. It appears to me that they are not willing to accommodate or work with me for a resolution. I'm not going to quietly go away, as I agreed to do so with the original complaint. They can try to hide this review but I will have a copy to prove I have made a complaint.
