Super 8 by Wyndham Portales

We could use a little more protein for breakfast, and we would really like a pool and workout room. Overall it was convenient, and we enjoyed our stay very much!

It was clean, stuff worked, staff very pleasant.

The toilet didn’t flush. I had to remove the tank lid and manually flush the toilet. The floor, along the baseboards is filthy. The room and furniture are in very poor shape. The lobby was very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Convenient location for our visit to ENMU. Room was quiet and comfortable.

Water from the bathroom faucet tasted a bit funny.

It was decently nice and the staff was also decently friendly.

I didn’t like the fact that the lock on our room door was broken off and never replaced and made my wife feel really uncomfortable about being safe in the the room with our kids all under 6 years old! The only way she could sleep is if I tied the door shut with the hot clothing iron plug in cord! Over all seems like a decent place but our experience was a little nerve rattling especially since we couldn’t afford another room or didn’t want to aggravate the staff by asking for a different room!
