Super 8 by Wyndham Roswell

The room appeared to be clean.

The room had an unpleasant odor. The mattress was shot. Gave me the impression that it was a cheap mattress that should have been replaced long ago.

Hôtel qui mériterait d'être rafraîchi et un peu impersonnel... la zone aux alentours est un peu glauque mais cela s'applique à l'ensemble de la ville ( qui n'a d'ailleurs aucun intérêt en fait...)

I liked how the staff so very friendly and helpful.

Hot tub was not working, bed was a little too weak for me. Convenient location, good value!

Price gouging for the room. This location and facility is a less than a $100 per night establishment but because of an event the price per night was nearly triple the cost. We paid less to stay in a high end hotel in downtown Fort Worth Texas. Pillows were beyond used, the mattress was crazy uncomfortable and the towels were rough and worn through. The breakfast was very very limited and the juice machine was broken 3 out of 4 mornings. I would rate this hotel a 2-3 star and would not recommend it to anyone unless there were no other options. When discussing the cost the management admitted to raising the prices when they thought the hotel was full and when they turned out to be less than full they dropped the prices back to a "normal rate" but kept the people who booked early at the "jacked up" rate. While this is somewhat normal supply and demand free market it this was straight up price gouging. When we inquired about the poor quality pillows and towels the management indicated they would replace the pillows after peak season because they get stolen so much and no pillows were offered. This tells you the typical clients they rent to.

Emplacement parfait. Chambre très spacieuse et très grand lit double confortable. Ayant déjà logé dans des Super 8, celui-ci est bien plus supérieur aux autres. Petit déjeuner simple et efficace. Accueil discret mais sympathique.
