Lake View Inn & Suites

Room was dirty they charged an extra 20 dollars in cash. Dead bugs on the floor. Shower would not work properly and there was holes in the comforter which was supposed to be a non smoking room could not open the back door to patio.

The room was in a state of worn dismay, couch had literal tears with exposed stuffing, bed had cigarette Burns, blinds weren't functional, the cleanliness of the run was disgusting, all the appliances were worn out and run down, the light switch was broken. The staff was incredibly rude and not helpful in any way. The lady who worked the desk even fussing at us while cursing. All of this with a vastly over priced stay that wasn't pleasant in any way possible. Will never stay here again and warn every one to stay away.

The worst hotel I have seen in the past 30 years.

Staff was nice the rooms where over 90 degrees though and I paid ahead of time so turning it on in advance would have been nice there were cigarettes burns all over the comforter but over all it was a decent experience

An upgrade is definitely needed

This was a very peaceful and quiet stay. I will definitely book here again in the future.

Bed was a fairly nice size

Bed sheets and covers were dirty, and my skin is itchy because of it. Literal holes in the covers, I get that it’s a smoking room but not all smokers live dirty lives. Bathroom towels had stains from previous guest, the entire room was filthy
