We had an open window when we arrived. The lock wasn't working. I reported this to Levi at the front desk. He offered another room. He even offered to move our luggage.I checked the new room and it's window wouldn't lock either. Levi then went and got a tool to fix the window. He was very polite and caring. We got a good night's sleep in a quiet room on a comfortable bed.
