The staff was very courteous from the time we checked in and upon check out. Not a 5-star hotel but we definitely enjoyed our stay. The breakfast selection was good & delicious. Our room was extremely spacious with a comfortable bed but small TV compared to the room (trust me, certainly not a deal breaker). Bathroom and tub/shower were clean. The plus was it was a pet friendly hotel and our Lily 🐶 enjoyed her stay as well. Definitely would stay again if we travel back to Colorado.

L'accueil du personnel était tres bien, grande chambre propre et lit confortable. Prix plus que correct pour durango.

L'environnement n'a rien d'exceptionnel le long de l'autoroute d'autant que les fenêtres ne sont pas assez insonorisées pour couvrir le bruit de la route. Étrangement cela ne nous a pas empêcher de dormir. Le petit déjeuner était assez succinct.

The front desk agents were so nice and helpful. I didn’t grab the gentleman who checked us in but there was an issue with the room given to us and he immediately changed us room and came upstairs to give us the new keys and take the old one back. Also Natalie was so kind and I give all staff members including the breakfast person two thumbs up 👍🏽
