It was conveniently located and comfortable

The breakfast was pretty disappointing.

Nothing

Charged my card even though I paid cash. Said they’d refund it but did not. Put me on the 3rd floor even though I’m disabled. Didn’t tell me that there was not an elevator. Ice machine did not work, etc., etc.

Quick and easy access off the highway, quick check in and check out with amenable staff.

The room did not have a separate lock bar or chain on the main door into the hallway; just a the main turn lock. Traveling by myself as a woman, not having a security lock on the door made me feel less safe. Similarly, there was no lock on the bathroom door, so I felt extra nervous only having a single point of failure between myself and the outside world while showering. The headboard fabric was peeling away aggressively and did not inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the rest of the room. There were no USB or USB-C plugs in the room, so I didn't actually have a plug to charge my phone in at night. Lastly, I had planned on grabbing a banana or an apple or something from the breakfast bar on the way out the door in the morning, but there wasn't actually any fresh fruit available. Minor, but a disappointment for sure.
