Honestly there was nothing good about the experience except Mr G was nice and tried to be helpful.

Wet noodles in the bed before we got there. The place constantly reeked of pot. The pool cleanliness was bad and no soap in the pool bathroom. The toilet backed up. The bed sheets and blankets were stained. The phone in the room didnt work.

Mr G was great upon check in very friendly and inviting. He gave us recommendations for dinner very helpful.

The next morning staff was not very astute. The milk was curdled and we put the coffee pot together. The room was dirty including hair in the tub.

the breakfast was good and the breakfast room was clean.

The rented room was dirty. Dirt in the corners of the room. Dirty pillows and dirty curtains. I have pictures to verify. There was no reception on the TV and the though the desk clerk tried to get it working it never worked.

Front desk attendant was super friendly and accommodating to my ignorance of online booking and traveling with a pet along with misrepresentation of bookings information on being pet friendly. … they have a few pet friendly rooms, but Bookings says pet friendly, making it seem property is pet friendly, but only selectively. There were no issues at all with being accommodated though. I wish I could take the bed home with me it was so comfortable and the room was really comfortable and clean and nice.

The location was great and the staff were friendly

Unfortunately we had some loud guests above us, we understand it’s a hotel but it was disrupting during the 2am hour to our kids. But it wouldn’t deter us from choosing this property again :)
